 The Office of the Henderson County Attorney touches the lives of virtually every citizen of Henderson County. Among various other duties, we prosecute all violations of criminal law within the district courts, including DUI's, cold checks, domestic violence, juvenile crime and conduct preliminary hearings on all felony cases. Our office is led by a commitment to protect the future of our citizens and families. Ensuring that criminals are brought to justice in a firm, but fair manner, while addressing the concerns of the victims is my highest priority.
My staff and I also accept the challenging task of collecting child support and pursuing parents who neglect to pay. I strongly believe that ensuring the needs of our children is one of the most important aspects a successful future for our community.
