Sign-Up Options

An individual seeking to sign up for the program may request to enroll in one of the following ways.

  1. Apply online by filling out the online Application / Entry Questionnaire (email address is required)
  2. Visit the Henderson County Attorney’s Office at:
    20 N Main Street
    Suite 201
    Henderson, Kentucky 42420
  3. Appear in Henderson District Court on your original court date and speak to the prosecutor about enrolling in the CATS Program

Agreements & Court Changes

In order to sign up for the CATS Program, you must sign and return a completed Agreement. If you sign up for the CATS Program prior to your first court date, you will not be required to appear in court.
