Keith Berry is in his second term as magistrate for District 1.
Keith spent more than three decades as an deputy in the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office and was supervisor of the Patrol Division before retiring in 2018. He received several awards during his law enforcement career, including a Declaration of Bravery by Henderson County Fiscal Court in 2005 after he rescued four adults and five children stranded during a heavy snow storm. He is a certified firearms instructor.

Keith is a past President of Involvement Inc., and is a member of the Henderson Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police, Jerusalem Masonic Lodge No. 9 and the Henderson Elks Lodge.
