Notifications of offender custody status and court dates

Under Marsy's Law, crime victims have the constitutional right to timely notice of all court proceedings as well as timely notice of release or escape of the accused. In order to receive said notifications, you must register at V.I.N.E. (Victim Information and Notification Everyday). It is free and easy to register.

VINE may be accessed via a web portal, a mobile app, or a toll-free number.

IMPORTANT UPDATE as of 09/18/2023: Kentucky's Administrative Office of the Courts is not currently linked to the VINE service; therefore, the service that provides notifications of court dates is not available at this time. In the meantime, you may look up court dates manually using this link:

You may also call the VICTIMS' ADVOCATE AT 270-631-7242, Ext. 1207 to inquire about court dates.

We will update this page if and when Kentucky's AOC links to the VINE system again.
